Begin by reserving a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect and address any questions you have, and determine if we’re a good fit for working together.
Discovery Session
In our first session, we’ll take a big picture view outlining your specific needs and goals for counselling. We’ll also discuss the counselling relationship and how we can work together to support your progress.
Ongoing Sessions
After our first session, we’ll focus on your support needs and explore new experiences as you evolve. Each session offers an opportunity to reflect on where you are and dive into what’s emerging. Your choice to prioritize what matters most to you will be fully honoured.
