Individual Counselling

A welcoming space where you can arrive exactly as you are and freely share. Here you’ll find gentle encouragement and genuine support in your journey. This confidential space invites you to dig deeper, tend to yourself, and heal with dignity.

Relationship Counselling

A confidential space for intercultural, interracial and BIPOC couples to work through underlying challenges and build a healthier dynamic using established attachment-focused methods, to foster clarity and meaningful connection.

Community Support & Educational Workshops

Facilitating support groups, healing circles, and educational workshops from a culturally-sensitive and anti-oppressive lens.

Initial Call


Begin by scheduling a free 20-minute call. This is an opportunity for us to connect, address any questions, and sense into whether working together feels like a good fit.

First Session


This session is a starting point for building a therapeutic foundation where we take time to understand your needs and what feels most important to tend to, while beginning to address what brings you here.

Our work becomes a collaborative, evolving process. Each session is a chance to check in, reflect on your growth, and explore what’s emerging. We’ll take things step-by-step, honouring what feels most relevant in your ongoing journey.

Anti-Oppressive Care

Pacific Path is named in honour of my ancestors and those who seek to create a better life for themselves and their chosen community. I am in solidarity with anti-racist, queer-affirming, trans-affirming, and neuro-affirming values that respects the inner knowing and gifts within each person.

I practice with a holistic, embodied, humanity-first lens that acknowledges how wisdom comes in many forms. To honour your lived experiences and the direction you’d like to move towards, we deliberately slow down and tune in to co-create safeness for personal and collective healing.
