As a therapist of colour, I get how painful it is when you aren’t fully seen. So many of us have spent years holding everything together, without realizing how much it’s taken from us.
Your voice and agency matter. You’re welcome here to reclaim your right to be seen, supported and accepted as you are. Our shared space is cultivated as a safe refuge from the noise and expectations of the world, to breathe, process, and come home to yourself.

New Client Consultation
Begin by booking a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, address any questions, and explore if working together feels right for you.
Intake Session
We’ll take time to build a therapeutic foundation. This initial session is a starting point to understand your needs and what feels most important to tend to, while beginning to address what brings you here.
Ongoing Sessions
Our work becomes a collaborative, evolving process. Each session is a chance to check in, reflect on your growth, and explore what’s emerging. We’ll take things step-by-step, honouring what feels most relevant in your ongoing healing journey.

Healing can begin with words, but it often deepens through embodiment. Together, we can move beyond talk therapy to tend to what’s been carried, felt and inherited in the body, heart, and aspects of you that may have been pushed way or silenced.
The ways we’ve navigated hardship come from survival and resilience. In our shared space, we can honour what’s helped you survive, unlearn what is no longer serving you, and tend to the parts of you that need care.
Your healing can touch others in your life and create ripples of change in your life and your community.
